Promoting Environmental and Policy Change to Support Healthy Aging
Scholarship Program
A limited number of scholarships are available for those who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. Indivdiduals eligible to apply for scholarships are: 1) professionals, 2) investigators, 3) students, and 4) other community representatives and advocates for livable communities, who work to promote or have plans to promote environmental and policy change to support healthy aging in diverse, underserved populations.
Scholarships will cover up to a maximum of $1,000 toward 1) conference registration fees or 2) conference registration fees and travel costs associated with attending the conference.
Instructions and Requirements
- Scholarship applicants must complete a general Conference Registration Form in addition to submitting the scholarship materials. Please indicate that you are submitting a Scholarship Application on your Conference Registration Form.
- We strongly encourage you to download and read the Scholarship Information Packet before you start the online application process.
- Scholarship Applications will be accepted via online submission only.
- Scholarship Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm PDT, Monday, August 3, 2009
